### sec.176P Variation or revocation of registered New Zealand order
An application may be made to a court for—
a variation of the New Zealand order as it is registered in Queensland; or
a variation of the period during which a registered New Zealand order has effect in its operation in Queensland; or
the revocation of the registration of a New Zealand order.
Any of the following persons may apply to a court for an order under subsection (1) —
the person who applied for the registration of the New Zealand order;
a protected person under the New Zealand order;
the respondent under the New Zealand order;
an authorised person for an aggrieved;
a police officer.
The court may decide the application—
by varying it as it applies in Queensland; or
by varying the period during which it has effect in its operation in Queensland; or
by revoking the registration.

(sec.176P-ssec.1) An application may be made to a court for— a variation of the New Zealand order as it is registered in Queensland; or a variation of the period during which a registered New Zealand order has effect in its operation in Queensland; or the revocation of the registration of a New Zealand order.

- (a) a variation of the New Zealand order as it is registered in Queensland; or
- (b) a variation of the period during which a registered New Zealand order has effect in its operation in Queensland; or
- (c) the revocation of the registration of a New Zealand order.
