### sec.176M Clerk of court to obtain copies of order and proof of service The clerk of the court must be satisfied— the New Zealand order is in force by obtaining a certified copy of it; and the order was served, or was taken to be served, on the respondent under the Domestic Violence Act 1995 (NZ) .
