### sec.176H Power of court to vary recognised interstate orders
A court may vary a recognised interstate order under this division as if the order were a local order.
A court can not vary a recognised interstate order if it is a kind of order that can not be varied by a court in the State in which the order was made.
A variation to a recognised interstate order under this division is not limited in its operation to Queensland.
This division does not apply to the variation of a New Zealand order that is registered in Queensland under division 4 .
Section 176P provides for the variation of a New Zealand order that is registered in Queensland under division 4 .
If a court varies a recognised interstate order under this division, the State in which the order was made continues to be, for the purpose of this part, the State in which the order was made.

(sec.176H-ssec.1) A court may vary a recognised interstate order under this division as if the order were a local order.
