### sec.169A Purpose of part The purpose of this part is to enable particular entities to share information, while protecting the confidentiality of the information, to— assess whether there is a serious threat to the life, health or safety of people because of domestic violence; and respond to serious threats to the life, health or safety of people because of domestic violence; and refer people who fear or experience domestic violence, or who commit domestic violence, to specialist DFV service providers. s 169A ins 2016 No. 51 s 44 - (a) assess whether there is a serious threat to the life, health or safety of people because of domestic violence; and - (b) respond to serious threats to the life, health or safety of people because of domestic violence; and - (c) refer people who fear or experience domestic violence, or who commit domestic violence, to specialist DFV service providers.
