### sec.164 Who may appeal
A person who is aggrieved by any of the following decisions of a court may appeal against the decision—
a decision to make a domestic violence order;
a decision to vary, or refuse to vary, a domestic violence order;
a decision to refuse to make a protection order;
if the person sought a temporary protection order in a proceeding under this Act—a decision to refuse to make the order;
a decision on an application relating to a police protection direction under part 4 , division 1A , subdivision 5 mentioned in section 100ZD (2) .

- (a) a decision to make a domestic violence order;
- (b) a decision to vary, or refuse to vary, a domestic violence order;
- (c) a decision to refuse to make a protection order;
- (d) if the person sought a temporary protection order in a proceeding under this Act—a decision to refuse to make the order;
- (e) a decision on an application relating to a police protection direction under part 4 , division 1A , subdivision 5 mentioned in section 100ZD (2) .
