### sec.163 Notification of public guardian This section applies if— a court makes a domestic violence order; and the court considers there was domestic violence or associated domestic violence involving an adult with impaired capacity; and the court considers that because of the circumstances involving, or the nature of, the domestic violence or associated domestic violence, the public guardian should be informed about the violence. The court may inform the public guardian, in writing, about the circumstances involving, or the nature of, the domestic violence or associated domestic violence. s 163 amd 2014 No. 26 s 232 (sec.163-ssec.1) This section applies if— a court makes a domestic violence order; and the court considers there was domestic violence or associated domestic violence involving an adult with impaired capacity; and the court considers that because of the circumstances involving, or the nature of, the domestic violence or associated domestic violence, the public guardian should be informed about the violence. (sec.163-ssec.2) The court may inform the public guardian, in writing, about the circumstances involving, or the nature of, the domestic violence or associated domestic violence. - (a) a court makes a domestic violence order; and - (b) the court considers there was domestic violence or associated domestic violence involving an adult with impaired capacity; and - (c) the court considers that because of the circumstances involving, or the nature of, the domestic violence or associated domestic violence, the public guardian should be informed about the violence.
