### sec.157B Effect of decision to reopen proceeding A decision of the court to reopen a proceeding does not affect the operation of the decision in the proceeding, or a domestic violence order made or varied in the proceeding, or prevent the taking of action to implement the decision or order. However, the court may make an order staying the operation of the decision, domestic violence order or varied order until the reopened proceeding is decided. The court may act under subsection (2) on the application of a party or on its own initiative. s 157B ins 2023 No. 1 s 50 (sec.157B-ssec.1) A decision of the court to reopen a proceeding does not affect the operation of the decision in the proceeding, or a domestic violence order made or varied in the proceeding, or prevent the taking of action to implement the decision or order.
