### sec.153 Electronic documents
A court may make a domestic violence order, and a magistrate may make a temporary protection order, under this Act by electronic or computer-based means.
A police officer may file a document to start a proceeding, or in a proceeding, under this Act by electronic or computer-based means.
The clerk of a court may give to a police officer a copy of an application or order under this Act by electronic or computer-based means.
A copy of an application or order under this Act that is required to be given to, or served on, any person may be a paper copy of a document that is produced from an electronic form of the document.

(sec.153-ssec.1) A court may make a domestic violence order, and a magistrate may make a temporary protection order, under this Act by electronic or computer-based means.
