### sec.139 Tenancy application may be made in Magistrates Court
This section applies if a person makes an application for a protection order, or a variation of a domestic violence order, to a Magistrates Court.
The person may make an application to the Magistrates Court, instead of to QCAT, for an order under the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 , sections 245 , 321 or 323 .
