### sec.135N Ending of diversion order
This section applies if a notice of completion in relation to the defendant is given to the registrar of the court.
On the day the notice of completion is received by the court—
the diversion order ends; and
the defendant is not required to enter a plea to the charge of the alleged offence; and
the charge is taken to be dismissed by the court; and
the defendant is taken to be discharged by the court without any finding of guilt; and
the proceeding for the alleged offence ends.
The defendant is not liable to be further prosecuted for the alleged offence.

(sec.135N-ssec.1) This section applies if a notice of completion in relation to the defendant is given to the registrar of the court.
