### sec.134C Offence warning
The police officer giving the direction must warn the person—
it is an offence not to comply with the direction unless the person has a reasonable excuse; and
the person may be arrested for the offence.
The police officer must give the person a reasonable opportunity to comply with the direction.
If the person fails to comply with the direction, a police officer must, if practicable—
repeat the warning mentioned in subsection (1) ; and
give the person a further reasonable opportunity to comply with the direction.
