### sec.134 Application of division
This division applies if—
a police officer reasonably suspects a person is named as a respondent in—
an application for a protection order that has not been served on the person; or
a domestic violence order that has not been served on the person; or
a police protection direction or police protection notice that has been issued but not served on the person; or
a police officer intends to issue a police protection direction or police protection notice against a person.

- (a) a police officer reasonably suspects a person is named as a respondent in— (i) an application for a protection order that has not been served on the person; or (ii) a domestic violence order that has not been served on the person; or (iii) a police protection direction or police protection notice that has been issued but not served on the person; or
- (i) an application for a protection order that has not been served on the person; or
- (ii) a domestic violence order that has not been served on the person; or
- (iii) a police protection direction or police protection notice that has been issued but not served on the person; or
- (b) a police officer intends to issue a police protection direction or police protection notice against a person.
- (i) an application for a protection order that has not been served on the person; or
- (ii) a domestic violence order that has not been served on the person; or
- (iii) a police protection direction or police protection notice that has been issued but not served on the person; or
