### sec.132 Form of temporary protection order A police officer who obtains a temporary protection order under section 131 must— prepare a copy of the order in the approved form; and file the copy in the court. Section 153 provides that a police officer may file a document in a proceeding under this Act by electronic or computer-based means. The copy must state the following— the name of the magistrate who made the order; the date and time the order was made; the date, time and place at which the matter is to come before a court for a hearing of the application for the protection order. The date mentioned in subsection (2) (c) must be— within 28 days after the day the temporary protection order is made; or if no suitable hearing day is available within 28 days after the day the temporary protection order is made—the first suitable hearing day available. The clerk of the court in which the copy of the order is filed must give the copy to the magistrate who made the order.
