### sec.107C Return condition A return condition is a condition— included in a police protection notice that also includes an ouster condition; and that allows the respondent, under the supervision of a police officer— if the respondent is no longer at the premises stated in the ouster condition—to return to the premises to recover stated personal property; or if the respondent is at the premises stated in the ouster condition—to remain at the premises to remove stated personal property.
