### sec.103 Cross-notice not permitted
This section applies if a police officer issues a police protection notice (the first notice ) that names a person (the first person ) as a respondent and another person (the second person ) as an aggrieved.
Until the first notice stops having effect, a police officer can not issue a police protection notice that names the first person as an aggrieved and the second person as a respondent.

(sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies if a police officer issues a police protection notice (the first notice ) that names a person (the first person ) as a respondent and another person (the second person ) as an aggrieved.
(sec.103-ssec.2) Until the first notice stops having effect, a police officer can not issue a police protection notice that names the first person as an aggrieved and the second person as a respondent. See section 113 (3) for when a police protection notice stops having effect.
