### sec.33 Notice of rule or summons to be given to registrar and parties If a copy of the rule or summons is not served by the party who obtained it on the opposite party, and on the registrar of the District Court, at least 2 clear days before the day fixed for the hearing of the action, the judge of the District Court may order the party who obtained the rule or summons to pay the costs of the day, or so much thereof as the judge thinks fit, unless the Supreme Court has made a different order respecting such costs. s 33 pres s 33 (prev s 32(2)) renum 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1 amd 2002 No. 34 s 10 sch 1
