### sec.28F Functions of Judge Administrator
Subject to section 28A , the Judge Administrator is responsible for the administration of the District Court and for ensuring the orderly and expeditious exercise of the jurisdiction and powers of the District Court.
The Judge Administrator must consult with the Chief Judge in carrying out the Judge Administrator’s functions under subsection (1) .
Subject to this Act and other Acts, the Judge Administrator has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for the administration of the District Court and for ensuring the orderly and expeditious exercise of the jurisdiction and powers of the District Court including, for example, listing matters for hearing.

(sec.28F-ssec.1) Subject to section 28A , the Judge Administrator is responsible for the administration of the District Court and for ensuring the orderly and expeditious exercise of the jurisdiction and powers of the District Court.
(sec.28F-ssec.2) The Judge Administrator must consult with the Chief Judge in carrying out the Judge Administrator’s functions under subsection (1) .
