### sec.28E Judge Administrator continues in office while judge
Subject to subsection (2) , the Judge Administrator holds office as Judge Administrator while the person holds office as a judge.
A person who is the Judge Administrator vacates the office—
if the person is appointed as Chief Magistrate, Chief Judge, or a judge of the Supreme Court; or
if the person was appointed as Judge Administrator for a stated term—when the term ends.
The Judge Administrator may resign office as Judge Administrator without resigning office as a judge.

(sec.28E-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2) , the Judge Administrator holds office as Judge Administrator while the person holds office as a judge.
(sec.28E-ssec.2) A person who is the Judge Administrator vacates the office— if the person is appointed as Chief Magistrate, Chief Judge, or a judge of the Supreme Court; or if the person was appointed as Judge Administrator for a stated term—when the term ends.
(sec.28E-ssec.3) The Judge Administrator may resign office as Judge Administrator without resigning office as a judge.
- (a) if the person is appointed as Chief Magistrate, Chief Judge, or a judge of the Supreme Court; or
- (b) if the person was appointed as Judge Administrator for a stated term—when the term ends.
