### sec.142 Transitional provision for Criminal Code and Other Acts Amendment Act 2008
Section 61 applies as if the reference in section 61(2)(b) to the Criminal Code, section 61 included a reference to the Criminal Code, sections 64 and 65 as in force at any time before their repeal by the Criminal Code and Other Acts Amendment Act 2008 .
