### sec.164 Application for compensation under the repealed Act This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a person is entitled to apply for compensation under the repealed Act, section 25(4), for loss or damage to the person’s property; and section 163 of this Act does not apply to the loss or damage. The person may apply for compensation under the repealed Act as if this Act had not commenced. (sec.164-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a person is entitled to apply for compensation under the repealed Act, section 25(4), for loss or damage to the person’s property; and section 163 of this Act does not apply to the loss or damage. (sec.164-ssec.2) The person may apply for compensation under the repealed Act as if this Act had not commenced. - (a) a person is entitled to apply for compensation under the repealed Act, section 25(4), for loss or damage to the person’s property; and - (b) section 163 of this Act does not apply to the loss or damage.
