### sec.16 Annual report of director
As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, but not later than 31 October, the director must give to the Minister a report of the operations of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions during the year.
The Minister shall cause every report furnished to the Minister under subsection (1) to be laid before the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
