### sec.15 Judicial notice of director’s signature All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of— the signature of any person who is or has been the director of public prosecutions or an acting director of public prosecutions on any document; and the fact that that person is or was the director of public prosecutions or the acting director of public prosecutions, as the case may be. s 15 amd 1994 No. 87 s 3 sch 1 - (a) the signature of any person who is or has been the director of public prosecutions or an acting director of public prosecutions on any document; and - (b) the fact that that person is or was the director of public prosecutions or the acting director of public prosecutions, as the case may be.
