### sec.62 Transitional provision for directions under s 16B
This section applies to a supervision order or interim supervision order in force when this section commences (the existing order ).
Section 16B does not apply to the relevant prisoner and section 16(1)(daa) and (db) do not apply to the existing order to the extent those provisions apply for a direction under section 16B.
However, section 16B and section 16(1)(daa) and (db) do apply if, under section 19, 21 or 22, the court amends the requirements of the existing order to include a requirement to comply with any direction given to the relevant prisoner under section 16B.
