### sec.61 Existing supervision orders This section applies to a supervision order or interim supervision order in force when this section commences. Despite section 13A, the order continues in force in accordance with its terms for the period stated in the order. To remove any doubt, it is declared that part 2, division 4A applies to the order and the released prisoner subject to it. s 61 ins 2010 No. 34 s 31 (sec.61-ssec.1) This section applies to a supervision order or interim supervision order in force when this section commences.
