### sec.89E Meaning of current or previous wealth
The current or previous wealth , of a person, is the amount that is the total value of the following—
all of the person’s property, including property that the person has, at any time, disposed of, whether by gift, sale or any other means;
all benefits provided to, and benefits derived by, the person;
whether acquired, disposed of, provided or derived before or after the commencement of this section and whether within or outside Queensland.
However, the current or previous wealth , of a person, does not include the value of any of the following—
any property that has been forfeited under this or any other Act;
any property, benefit or benefit derived that was taken into account for making an earlier unexplained wealth order against the person;
any property, benefit or benefit derived that was taken into account for making a tainted property substitution declaration against the person.

- (a) all of the person’s property, including property that the person has, at any time, disposed of, whether by gift, sale or any other means;
- (b) all benefits provided to, and benefits derived by, the person;
- (a) any property that has been forfeited under this or any other Act;
- (b) any property, benefit or benefit derived that was taken into account for making an earlier unexplained wealth order against the person;
- (c) any property, benefit or benefit derived that was taken into account for making a tainted property substitution declaration against the person.
