### sec.298 Forfeiture orders made before commencement
For sections 60 and 171, as inserted by the amendment Act—
a reference to forfeited property is a reference to property forfeited, whether before or after the commencement; and
a reference to a forfeiture order is a reference to a forfeiture order, whether made before or after the commencement.
