### sec.297 Restraining orders made before commencement For sections 52, 93ZT and 143, as inserted by the amendment Act— a reference to restrained property is a reference to property restrained under a restraining order, whether before or after the commencement; and a reference to a restraining order is a reference to a restraining order, whether made before or after the commencement. s 297 ins 2017 No. 6 s 22 - (a) a reference to restrained property is a reference to property restrained under a restraining order, whether before or after the commencement; and - (b) a reference to a restraining order is a reference to a restraining order, whether made before or after the commencement.
