### sec.249C Prohibition on disclosure
A person must not, other than as required under section 249B , disclose to anyone that—
a financial institution, or an officer of a financial institution, intends to give or has given information to a police officer, or commission officer, under section 249B ; or
a financial institution is required to give information to a police officer, or commission officer, under section 249B .
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
