### sch.1-sec.450EJ Effect of defendant not objecting to animal’s return to its owner
This section applies if a police officer seizes an animal connected with a charge and the defendant does not object to the return of the animal to its owner.
In a proceeding on the charge the court can not draw an inference adverse to the defendant from the fact that the defendant does not object to the animal’s return to its owner.
