### sec.87 Issue of search warrant
The issuer may issue the search warrant only if satisfied there are reasonable grounds for suspecting evidence of the commission of major crime or corruption, or confiscation related evidence—
is at the place; or
is likely to be taken to the place within the next 72 hours.
The issuer may provide in the warrant that the warrant is a confidential document.
