### sec.81L Authorisation of entry and search of official premises
The chairperson may, by notice, authorise a commission officer to enter and search official premises for the purposes of the corruption investigation.
Official premises are premises occupied or used by, or for the official purposes of, a unit of public administration, but do not include any part of premises occupied or used by, or for the purposes of, a State court.
If asked by the occupier of the official premises, or a person acting for the occupier, a commission officer who exercises powers under the chairperson’s authority must produce the authority for inspection by the occupier or person.
