### sec.81 Form of notice to produce
The notice to produce may state—
that a person acting for the person to whom it is directed may comply with the notice; and
the person or class of person who may act for the person to whom the notice is directed.
The notice to produce must—
identify the document or thing sufficiently to enable the person to know what is required; and
state how the person may make a claim of reasonable excuse.

(sec.81-ssec.1) The notice to produce may state— that a person acting for the person to whom it is directed may comply with the notice; and the person or class of person who may act for the person to whom the notice is directed.
(sec.81-ssec.2) The notice to produce must— identify the document or thing sufficiently to enable the person to know what is required; and state how the person may make a claim of reasonable excuse.
