### sec.8 Crime Reference Committee The Crime Reference Committee— has responsibility for— referring major crime to the commission for investigation; and authorising the commission to undertake specific intelligence operations; and has a coordinating role for investigations into major crime conducted by the commission in cooperation with any other law enforcement agency. s 8 sub 2013 No. 64 s 21 - (a) has responsibility for— (i) referring major crime to the commission for investigation; and (ii) authorising the commission to undertake specific intelligence operations; and - (i) referring major crime to the commission for investigation; and - (ii) authorising the commission to undertake specific intelligence operations; and - (b) has a coordinating role for investigations into major crime conducted by the commission in cooperation with any other law enforcement agency. - (i) referring major crime to the commission for investigation; and - (ii) authorising the commission to undertake specific intelligence operations; and
