### sec.70 Giving material to tribunal inquiring into judge’s misbehaviour or incapacity
This section applies if a tribunal established under the Constitution of Queensland 2001 , section 61 is inquiring into whether a Supreme Court judge or a District Court judge has misbehaved in a way that justifies removal from a judicial office or is incapable of performing the duties of a judicial office.
At the tribunal’s request, the commission must give the tribunal all material in the commission’s possession relevant to the subject of the tribunal’s inquiry, including any relevant report of the commission.
