### sec.465 Application of s 225 to existing ordinary commissioners and particular new appointments Section 225(2) as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply to an ordinary commissioner who holds office on the commencement despite the amendment of that section by the Crime and Corruption and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 .
