### sec.432 Punishment for contempt To remove any doubt, it is declared that for section 199(8B), as amended by the Serious and Organised Crime Legislation Amendment Act 2016 — a first contempt means a first contempt committed after the commencement of the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) Amendment Act 2013 ; and a second contempt means a second contempt committed after the commencement of the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) Amendment Act 2013 ; and a third or subsequent contempt means a third or subsequent contempt committed after the commencement of the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) Amendment Act 2013 .
