### sec.411 Things done by or in relation to assistant commissioner (crime)
This section applies to anything done by or in relation to the assistant commissioner (crime) under an Act (the empowering Act )—
whose effect had not ended immediately before the commencement day; and
that, on and from the commencement day, is something that may be done by or in relation to the senior executive officer (crime) under the empowering Act; and
that is not otherwise dealt with by a provision of this division.
The thing done by or in relation to the assistant commissioner (crime)—
continues to have effect; and
from the start of the commencement day, is taken to have been done by or in relation to the senior executive officer (crime).

(sec.411-ssec.1) This section applies to anything done by or in relation to the assistant commissioner (crime) under an Act (the empowering Act )— whose effect had not ended immediately before the commencement day; and that, on and from the commencement day, is something that may be done by or in relation to the senior executive officer (crime) under the empowering Act; and that is not otherwise dealt with by a provision of this division.
(sec.411-ssec.2) The thing done by or in relation to the assistant commissioner (crime)— continues to have effect; and from the start of the commencement day, is taken to have been done by or in relation to the senior executive officer (crime).
- (a) whose effect had not ended immediately before the commencement day; and
- (b) that, on and from the commencement day, is something that may be done by or in relation to the senior executive officer (crime) under the empowering Act; and
- (c) that is not otherwise dealt with by a provision of this division.
- (a) continues to have effect; and
- (b) from the start of the commencement day, is taken to have been done by or in relation to the senior executive officer (crime).
