### sec.41 Responsibility of commissioner of police
The commissioner of police has primary responsibility for dealing with complaints about, or information or matter the commissioner of police reasonably suspects involves, police misconduct.
The commissioner of police also has a responsibility to deal with a complaint about, or information or matter involving, corrupt conduct that is referred to the commissioner of police by the commission.
