### sec.398 Part-time commissioners and acting part-time commissioners This section applies to a person who holds a part-time commissioner appointment on the day this section commences. The person’s part-time commissioner appointment continues until, and only until, the commencement day on the same terms and conditions (other than the duration of the appointment). Subsection (2) stops applying if the person’s appointment is terminated or otherwise ends under this Act or the terms and conditions applying to the person’s appointment under the subsection. In this section— part-time commissioner appointment means an appointment— as a part-time commissioner; or to act as a part-time commissioner. s 398 ins 2014 No. 21 s 80 (retro) (sec.398-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who holds a part-time commissioner appointment on the day this section commences.
