### sec.394 Provision relating to s 375 It is declared that section 375 did not, and does not, limit the operation of, or anything done under, the Public Records Act 2002 in relation to inquiry public records. For subsection (1), section 375 is subject to an authorisation mentioned in section 62(1) relating to inquiry public records.
