### sec.379 Transitional provision for pre-commencement day recommendations A recommendation made by the committee under former chapter 10, part 2, division 2 of the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 and not acted upon before the commencement day is taken, for this Act, to be a recommendation made by the committee under the applied provisions. As previously enacted, this was a reference to the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , chapter 5 (Controlled operations and controlled activities), part 2 (Controlled operations), division 2 (Committee’s functions and business).
