### sec.375A Orders made by criminal justice commission or Queensland crime commission
It is declared that an order made by the criminal justice commission or a presiding member of a QCC hearing as defined under the repealed Crime Commission Act 1997 before the commencement and in force immediately before the commencement—
continues to have effect after the commencement according to its terms; and
may be varied, revoked or otherwise dealt with, and enforced, as if the order had been made by the commission under this Act.
