### sec.35A Chief executive officer may issue direction about commission’s corruption function about complaints
The chief executive officer may issue a direction about how commission officers are to decide whether a complaint involves, or may involve, a more serious case of corrupt conduct or a case of systemic corrupt conduct within a unit of public administration.
In issuing a direction under subsection (1) , the chief executive officer is subject to the direction and control of the chairperson.
A commission officer must comply with a direction issued under subsection (1) .

(sec.35A-ssec.1) The chief executive officer may issue a direction about how commission officers are to decide whether a complaint involves, or may involve, a more serious case of corrupt conduct or a case of systemic corrupt conduct within a unit of public administration.
(sec.35A-ssec.2) In issuing a direction under subsection (1) , the chief executive officer is subject to the direction and control of the chairperson.
(sec.35A-ssec.3) A commission officer must comply with a direction issued under subsection (1) .
