### sec.350 Definitions for pt 2 In this part— commencement means the commencement of this section. contract employee means a person who, immediately before the commencement, was employed by the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission under a written contract, whether or not for a fixed term. repealed Act means the repealed Criminal Justice Act 1989 or the repealed Crime Commission Act 1997 .
