### sec.322 Commission not entitled to privilege
This section applies in relation to—
an investigation under this part; and
the production of documents or the giving of evidence under this part.
The commission is not entitled to any privilege.
A commission officer is not entitled to any privilege, other than legal professional privilege relating to legal representation for the investigation.
In this section—
privilege means any privilege of a type allowed by law in legal proceedings.

(sec.322-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to— an investigation under this part; and the production of documents or the giving of evidence under this part.
(sec.322-ssec.2) The commission is not entitled to any privilege.
(sec.322-ssec.3) A commission officer is not entitled to any privilege, other than legal professional privilege relating to legal representation for the investigation.
(sec.322-ssec.4) In this section— privilege means any privilege of a type allowed by law in legal proceedings.
- (a) an investigation under this part; and
- (b) the production of documents or the giving of evidence under this part.
