### sec.313 Oath of parliamentary commissioner
Before entering on the performance of functions as parliamentary commissioner, the commissioner must take an oath that the commissioner—
will faithfully and impartially perform the functions of the office; and
will not, except as provided under this Act, disclose any information received under this Act.
The oath is to be administered by the Speaker.

(sec.313-ssec.1) Before entering on the performance of functions as parliamentary commissioner, the commissioner must take an oath that the commissioner— will faithfully and impartially perform the functions of the office; and will not, except as provided under this Act, disclose any information received under this Act.
