### sec.294 Directions by parliamentary committee to undertake investigation The parliamentary committee may, by notice, direct the commission to investigate a matter falling within the commission’s corruption functions stated in the notice. A direction under subsection (1) is effective only if it is made with the bipartisan support of the parliamentary committee.
