### sec.290 Minutes
The reference committee must keep—
minutes of its meetings; and
a record of any resolutions made under section 288 (6) .
Subsection (3) applies if a resolution is passed at a committee meeting by a majority of the members present.
If asked by a member who voted against the passing of the resolution, the committee must record in the minutes of the meeting that the member voted against the resolution.

(sec.290-ssec.1) The reference committee must keep— minutes of its meetings; and a record of any resolutions made under section 288 (6) .
