### sec.285 Times and places of meetings Reference committee meetings are to be held at the times and places the chairperson of the reference committee decides. However, the chairperson of the reference committee must call a meeting if asked, in writing, to do so by the Minister or at least the number of members forming a quorum for the reference committee. s 285 amd 2014 No. 21 s 94 (1) sch 1 ; 2018 No. 29 s 37 (sec.285-ssec.1) Reference committee meetings are to be held at the times and places the chairperson of the reference committee decides.
