### sec.281 Terms of appointment of appointed member An appointed member is appointed on a part-time basis. To the extent that appointed member’s terms and conditions are not provided for by this Act, the appointed member holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in Council. (sec.281-ssec.1) An appointed member is appointed on a part-time basis.
